Return and Refund Policy

  1. Returns will not be accepted without prior approval. To obtain return authorization, please call (305) 436-1415 or email our Customer Service Department at USCustomerServiceTeam@decowraps.com 3 business days after receiving your delivery.
  2. All products must be undamaged or returned in the same condition they were received.
  3. Returns must be made within 20 days of the delivery date. Products returned past the 20-day grace period may result in a 20% restocking fee.
  4. Orders are required to be returned in their original packing, including inner cartons, with a copy of your invoice.
  5. Unless otherwise instructed, please ship all returns to our Miami warehouse at the following address:

  6. No returns, credits, or exchanges will be accepted on discontinued items or seasonal merchandise.
  7. All return shipping fees must be prepaid and insured by the customer unless there were issues with your order and the fault lies with Decowraps. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable shipping method and obtain a receipt as proof that you have shipped your return. Decowraps is not responsible for customer returns that are damaged, lost or stolen in transit.
  8. Customers have the right to inspect orders at the time of delivery. If there are any problems with your order, please call (305) 436-1415 or email our Customer Service Department at USCustomerServiceTeam@decowraps.com
  9. In the unfortunate event that there are any issues with your order including damage, price discrepancies, or shortages, you must contact Decowraps’ Customer Service Department or your Sales Representative within:
    • Three (3) business days from receipt of the goods for count discrepancies or shortages
    • Ten (10) business days from receipt of the goods for quality and/or damage issues.
  10. Failure to notify Decowraps within the inspection time-period shall be deemed a waiver of a claim for defective products and a waiver of the right to reject the goods and conclusive proof that you received the goods without defect(s).
  11. If your order arrives damaged and/or defective, Decowraps will replace your products or refund/credit your account. Please call (305) 436-1415 or email our Customer Service Department at USCustomerServiceTeam@decowraps.com in order to initiate the refund/credit.
  12. After receiving your return order and inspecting the condition of your items, we will process your refund/credit, which will be applied to your account after 7 business days.
