PakliteTM Shipping System

“Paklite™ has revolutionized the way we accept shipments, transport goods, and package our items. The term ‘gamechanger’ doesn’t do it justice for how it has positively impacted our business and operating systems.” – Floral Grower

Like the plants it runs on, the needs of our industry shift with the seasons — and every minute, every bit of energy, and every penny matters when it comes to getting the right products in the right hands at the right time. As one of the most widely-used floral packaging products, pot covers have long been a standard of our industry; and for decades, the way they were packaged and shipped seemed to be a standard, too.

But in our 30+ years in the industry, we’ve made a lot of connections; and that means we’ve had a lot of conversations – with growers looking to enhance efficiency in their warehouses, with buyers who need reliable deliveries, and with retailers who have a steady eye on cost-effectiveness. And when we realized through those conversations that the status quo for shipping such a critical product wasn’t working as well as it should for any of them, we set out to fix it for all of them.

The first of its kind, the Paklite™ Shipping System considers what those in the floral industry need at every step of the process – from seed to shelf – and puts it all into one convenient, consistent system. This system uses lightweight, durable tubes to ship and store more product, in less space, with less heft and more protection. That means easier handling and reliable shipments.

  • Less packaging means a reduced carbon footprint and space saved in your warehouse
  • Ship up to 86,000 pot covers in one pallet – up to a 327% increase over traditional pallet and box systems
  • Lightweight packaging tubes for easy warehouse handling
  • Strong, durable exoskeleton of compressed fiber board protects pot covers during shipping
  • Custom sizes available

Like everything we do, this system was born from a partnership approach and the belief that in our industry, we all grow together. From growers to retailers, the Paklite™ Shipping System is changing the game at every level.
