Samples Policy 

1. Decowraps offers free samples for all active customers.

2. Sample requests are subject to approval and may be limited to 1 sample per design, color & size.

3. Sample orders are shipped via FedEx Ground. If a faster shipping method is requested, the customer will be responsible for all shipping fees.

• 4. If new customers are interested in placing a sample order, the additional guidelines will apply:
      a)New customers who have completed and returned the proper documentation will enjoy the benefit of free samples. However, they will be billed for any shipping charges associated to their order.
      b) Orders are limited to 8 samples total within 1 sample order (including up to 1 vase/container and 2 picks).
      c) If additional samples are needed, please call (305) 436-1415 or email our Customer Service Department at USCustomerServiceTeam@decowraps.com for special approval.
• 5. Decowraps cannot fulfill sample shipments to any customers located outside of the US or Canada. Free shipping is unfortunately not offered to customers with shipping addresses in Alaska, Hawaii, or any US territories.
  before 12 noon EST, Monday-Friday, are shipped the same day. Orders placed after 12 noon EST are shipped the following business day. Orders placed Friday evening through Sunday will be placed the following business day.
